Not the only reason. The paper color is rather subtle … as others have noted, you need to include a known non-blue paper in the same scan/photo on an orange background. Then the experts here (I am not one) can give you a better informed opinion. But yes, probability alone makes the likelihood of the stamp being a genuine 361 astronomically unlikely. Think about it … exactly TWO used copies have shown up in over 110 years. Impossible … of course not. But don't you have to admit that it would seem just a wee bit unlikely? As I mentioned earlier, if you remain convinced that you have a real 361, you should have it certified … let us know the results.
ADDED: To be completely accurate, there are two known used 361s off cover. There are also 3 known on cover. Your example would be off cover.
