Hi all,
Ive came across this stamp a few times before but only ever seen the overprint of Cilicia in a straight line and couldnt find another copy like this, any thoughts?

Unable to explain, other than the Cilicie Oveprints exist in an amazing festoon of varieties. Hand formed printers type possibly. Loose formwork?
