I have no idea about your reference, but I use Scotts. This is design A115 (Scott 300) which is listed as first produced February 1903.
Edit. Ok, I found that website, and they have the completely wrong picture. That is why you need to check your sources carefully. The appropriate picture should be A24, Scott 85A.
