Bottom stamp appears to be top row plate 4. Type II, Scott 7 It is special and very nice If you look in Franklins head there is a small curl Will try to plate later. Others will probably beat me to it. Very nice stamps. Where did you get?
Thank you for your help. I actually tried to plate it myself but was having hard a time. I thought the bottom might be plate 4, but just wanted to be sure before I bid.
