Hi all

Interesting Otterville split ring (OC 25 94), 9 o'clock position dot. Colour and PD point towards a #37. Possibly 1884...

there is some colour staining along right margin (fairly common), but the staining in the lower right 3 is odd...

Any thoughts (Wert?)

Usually a piece of extra paper will cause this oddity, and later fall off, or removed by printer/proof reader...My opinion it is an oddity and not a variety/constant variety.

Thanks Robert. Agree it is likely a 9, so 41 it is. You know, I didn't even notice the donut (thanks for pointing that out!)...I was focused on the "shading" inside the 3, which is odd. Chris
