Can someone plse advise me the difference between Scot #C58 and C63?

It is easy. C58 no space between boxes. C63 space between boxes

Agreeing with "wtcrowe," it can also be described as C58 having a border around the entire design, whereas C63 has a border around each half of the design. In this scan I circled the primary difference.
