The source I go to first for UX1 and UX3 is Charles Fricke's 70 page booklet:

The quality control for printing UX1 and UX3 was very poor. The plate suffered damage such that Fricke was able to identify constant flaws, progressive damage, and repairs to each of the 72 plate positions. Your card is from subject position 64 (SP-64). Here are 3 additional examples of SP-64 (on UX3) showing:
1. nick in top line of "e" of states.
2. very weak top line of last "s" of states.
3. dent into upper left of "C" of card.
4. some extra lines outside the scalloped "U.S.", which Fricke notes do not show on later printings, and these three cards show considerable variance.

True doubling typically shifts all in the same direction.
