I believe this is a plate 5, 52L5 is what I came up with. I'd appreciate those who are more familiar with plating these would take a look at it and see if I have it right. Its on a circular and has a docketing on 9/22/58. Thanks for your help.

The plating marks below the "E" in cents match, I like it.

It's the closest I can match too also. Not a perfect match, especially with the missing plating marks in the 'O' of one.

Those marks under the E of CENT are not atypical of the "interstitial" margin between F and C Reliefs (see David Zlowe's series of articles in the USPCS Chronicle) on all the Type V plates. I think Al's example is 60R8 (marks in and under N of CENT, small hook-like mark in hair--see the Doporto Archive image for this position).
