I too believe it has been cleaned somehow - look at that area across the throat & collarbone for example.

I am trying to look at the lower left scroll of your scan, to see if the first four leftmost lines of the lower scroll have been strengthened which is one of the so-called secret marks. The image is unclear but I do not think so, but you will want to give that a close look. If not strengthened, then 148.
