Plate Numbers on Booklet panes and coils (pre-1980s) were usually cut off in the printing process. They are still very collectible, esp. the more complete the example. They are not considered "errors", but "freaks" and/or "oddities"

ignore the odd colors on the 3c panes (moire effect of scanning stripes at to low a resolution)
