Hello all,

I am a new member to this forum. Can anyone tell me if the stamp in the picture below (1908 2c Washington Stamp) is an error print? The reason I am asking is because of the three-sided perforation, and also the red line printed at the top. I have researched online and found no existing three-sided perforation of its kind.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Click on the SEARCH button on top, and enter RED LINE in the search option. You will find many articles about this stamp. Warning ... very normal, low value.

More info http://stampsmarter.com/learning/ID_RareLines.html (this link comes up in the top 3 if you search on 'red line US stamp' with the major search engines).
