Possibly a Revenue
Czechoslovakia, 20 Haleru with Lion Rampant, with forked tail reversed.
Arms.
Not seen myself before.

Translation:
Czechoslovakia, 1919 - 1939
Stamps 10, 20 (2x), 50 Pennies, 1 Crown 1919 intended for stamping RU banknotes in 1919 (3x with original gum) 5 pcs

RU stands for Rakousko-Uhersko (Austria-Hungary)

The Barefoot catalogue mentions that a substantial number of forgeries were created at the time to attempt to legalise unofficially imported Austrian and Hungarian banknotes.

Which would not mean that they are not collectable. It would be interesting to find one of these forgeries on a banknote!
