Help With Identifying A Old Stamp!

This Stamp came with some old French and German Stamps, With some Jamaica Stamps also in the Mix, am Having a Hard time figuring this one out!

The Bottom Center...Also the Stamp Next to it Looks Like its Multicolor which I cant find in this Style of Stamp....Thanks for the Help in Advance!

The blue one is an Austrian newspaperstamp, and the other one just seems to be colored with some ink in my opinion, not a multicolored print.

The red 10 pf stamp of the 1880 German "pfennig" series (bottom row on left) looks like it has been ruined by someone wielding a blue colored pencil.

I think the stamps in second horizontal line in first picture are Bayern Coat of Arms stamps
