"A New Country" Postmark.
From the Carnation Revolution which started on April 24th 1974.

Can anyone tell me the technical description for these Belgian cancels?

Edit - I think I have found some. I didn't realise they were pre-cancels.

Thanks

And a very appropriate date on that CDS, too - a year, more or less, after the Easter Rising
