I have a Prinz that I bought in 2003. Super perfect! No regrets. But I heard that their quality has now gone down. Should I change to lighthouse? I've never seen a lighthouse in my hands before :/

I'm not a fan of the crinkly glassine interleaving. I prefer the crystal clear type for both interleaving and the stamp holding strips. Seems to work better. Either way, you have to make sure when you turn the page the interleaving doesn't get folded. Not sure which stock book is better, though. There are many brands besides those two, although as you probably know, many "other-branded" stock books are actually made by one of the main manufacturers like Lighthouse. My main concern is that the glue on the clear strips which hold the stamps doesn't dry out. I've had stamps fall through the bottom of the strips on some cheap stocks, including a few from Subway Stamp Shop. Not sure who made those. I've found nearly all stock books from various brands work pretty well and last a long time. Except the glassine sometimes yellows over the years, another reason I'm not a fan.
The key, once you get beyond the reputable brand, is how you store your storage. I've had a few expensive stock-books picked up at auction in which mint stamps had begun to stick to the page because of the environment in which they'd been kept.
The major brands are all pretty much the same and will look and function like your Prinz. I use Lighthouse, Stanley Gibbons, and Lindner interchangeably. Current favorite is the Prophila line from Lighthouse: nice, thick, padded cover. Lindner I now avoid: too often the clear strips/trays aren't well glued and stamps fall through.
