I'm a new member here and glad to see so many others are too. Been a stamp collector since I was a kid in the 60s. When I had to thin my collection, I decided to sell stamp sets to crafters on Etsy. It's a fun way to introduce others to the beauty of stamps. My favorite stamps are engraved stamps (France and other countries).

Welcome. You've come to the right place — in the "Stamp Engraver" forum there are many threads devoted to the engraving and engravers of various countries, including France of course, with plenty of scans of beautiful stamps.
I am not seeing a way to reply to individuals so will say Thank you everyone for the warm welcome. I am not a native Californian, but have been here for 30 years. Maybe that counts though (from NY). Look forward to exploring the site.

You reply to individuals by clicking on their SCF name, then sending an email to them through the system (if they have it set up correctly to receive emails). Since you are new, though, this feature may be disabled until you reach 50 posts. Easier to just send group replies to all at this point.
