To identefy inverted background on 20 and 50 koppek stamps you need to look for dots. See how dots come close to the value tablet near the bottom of design and area with Pochtovaya Marka is free of dots? If you invert the dots pattern, you will see the dots getting into the area with the words Pochtovaya Marka. Maybe somebody will post a picture, but yours are not inverted. |

Ok I'm not questioning if the print on the bill Says "not a means of payment" or anything Like that cause I'm sure it's a fake of some sort But I have to ask- Is the translation a loose translation? (I'm one of them annoying gotta know it all's ) I did a English to Russian translator And it didn't look the same I'm sure vayolene is right and it is along Those lines But is something missing? Like "not to be use as a method of payment" Or something I have no knowledge about reading Russian at all But I've been trying different combo's of words Along those lines in a translator and haven't Matched Up yet I know I know probably a petty detail Especially on a fake looking bill But that's how my brain works I get stuck on stupid the details are important to me

You can get different kinds of translation of the same phrase. Russian is much richer language than English. vayolene's translation is pretty much dead on. Surprised Google translate did a good job on this. Word by word translation is "Not being payment means" |
