Don's image shows the perfs are off by half a perforation in the length of the stamp (approximately 2cm), that would make it 11 x 10.5, thus 632, the only catalog number with this image different by 0.5 between top/bottom and sides.
Yes, get a perforation gauge and become adept at using it. Throw the mm ruler away, too many people are drawn into falsely believing they have a rarity by the image measurements listed in the catalogs. The KEY is starting with the rate of perforations.
Measuring perfs is basic and important, and not that difficult if you have a gauge. Get a metal one. They are small, and not that expensive. Not high tech at all. You can get one online anywhere they sell stamp supplies(including Amazon at $5.52) or at any stamp store. Good luck!
Gentle advice, wherever you got the idea to "count" perforations, please discard the idea. Perforations are gauged as the number of holes per 2cm.
Yes, there are some counting "tricks" used by advanced collectors, but you have already fallen into one of the pitfalls with the stamp in the original post. Please get a gauge and become proficient with it.
