Andrew, the problem in understanding concerns this 2002 issue. Quote:

I believe that Belgian semi is too late to have a dominical tab. Dominical labels/tabs denoted "Do not deliver this on Sunday." They didn't survive World War I. I think the only semis with dominicals are the St. Martin issues.
I don't have a catalogue available right now to check this, but I'm sure it'll be corrected if need be. |

That 2002 set has a lot of stamps and for each rate, there are 2 different motifs. For example, 0,28 € appears twice, with different motifs. I can only imagine that is the meaning of "diferent gravura". In fact they really aren't engraved stamps. As the text at the top of the paragraph says, they are printed in offset. I guess "gravura" here is meant to be "design", or different design. 2 million stamps of 0,28 were printed. 1 million of them with 1 motif and the other million with the other motif. |

Yup, that's correct.
And "denteado" is perforations, but you probably understood that since it is always accompanied by the numbers.

CJD - Your are right. I just re-read the catalogue and is was only B1-B24 semi-postals that had a tab. Here is an example of one with tab Scott #68  |

It was a joint issue with Vatican City. Poland Scott #3520 and Vatican City #1153.
