My 2006 copy of Stanley Gibbons Commonwealth and British Empire catalog does not list this one with inverted watermark.

Can some one please help me with the SG Catalog number (I assume it would be something like 260cw) and the catalog value.

Thank you very much.

Danko,
if you read Stanley Gibbons preamble at book front, it explains the SG listing regime regarding watermarks.
This may / may not answer your question.

Right. Keep forgetting about that. This makes it confusing quite a bit. From this issue SG only list 4d with inverted wnk and 1d with inverted and reversed. So what about the others, are they very common with inverted wmk? I believe for certain issues SG makes a note that the inverted wmk is very common (like some Australian stamps I believe).

Hmm tough one,
my opinion is if it is not listed in the "concise" then it is common,
if not listed in the SG simplified then ?

The 2020 edition of SGCBE lists the 2c carmine SG 260w. Wmk inverted, with a dagger (no price) in the Mint column, and £475 in the Used column.
