While working on old Cuban stamps I came across this cancel which I thought was interesting.

I am in no way an expert of cancellations and have tried to find out more about it to no avail.

Can anyone offer more info on it?

Thank you Vayolene. I think you nailed it. I had googled train cancellation but had not found anything yet and had to go for a doctor's appointment.
