That central one reads "Epirus." The value is in Lepta, Greek coinage. Epirus is inpresent-day Albania and Greece, not Montenegro.

Thank you very much NSk.
So the central stamp is from Epirus, during the Balkan wars, now part of Albania.
The left one should be a postage stamp, and the right one should be postage due, both from Montenegro, but I can't find them in any catalog, online or Scott or SG.
Maybe the left one is Scott SG 161, from 1913?

Thank you. I meant, for the left one, SG 161.
The writing on the right stamp says "portomarka", like other Montenegran postage due, but I couldn't find this particular stamp.
Can it be SG Scott D168?

I have no knowledge of this area, but looking at the site that may not be mentioned: the Epirus one is a local stamp from Moschopolis Yvert & Tellier GR-EP18.
The left is Montenegro 1913, Yvert & Tellier ME108, Stanley Gibbons ME 161

About the Epiruan stamp, Scott indeed says:

Nos. 42·56 were privately printed in early
1914. In June 1914. the Epirots occupied Moschopolis
(Voskopoj}. and these stamps were
authorized for use by the local military commander in sept.
After the occupation of Moschopolis
by Greek forces on Nov., remaining
stocks of this issue were sent to Athens,
where they were destroyed in 1931.

I would not be surprised if someone will come along and tell you the right stamp is one of the stamps prepared for the Montenegrin Government in Exile ca. 1916-1918. Printed in Bordeaux but never issued.

There is a discussion about the value of unissued stamps, at
https://goscf.com/t/42672
and here we see an example.
