Hi, grab your perforation gauge, watermark fluid and a catalog and see if you can identify the stamp and hope. That background looks familiar, have you posted here before? That stamp # is a rarity, I seriously doubt that is what you have. Is this a joke?
I apologize if you are legitimate. What are the measurements of the perfs and the stamp design? I probably can't determine what the catalog # is without seeing it in person. Sorry I can't help out more. Good luck. I was posting before you put up the reverse, the notations on it imply that it is perf 12 and watermarked.
