I have a Canada Scott 18 with many white marks, particularly around SIX PENCE (e.g. white blob above C in Pence). Is this from a worn plate, or another cause? Any info appreciated!

Showing it on left together with another on the right (18a blue green) that looks more "normal"

These are typically called "dry prints", just incomplete inking during the printing process.
