7 Ring Blue Cancel Info

Looking for resources on this 7 ring blue cancel on Canada Sc 4. So far understand they were used with the very early issues, but I'm looking for an indication of where/specifically when this one was used. A search through the BNAPS online library didn't produce any results beyond that, but I'm not knowledgeable on early Canadian cancels so would appreciate pointers as to where to look.

Thanks Wert for the help - yes, I saw that cover from Quebec with the 7 ring green cancels, but hoping to narrow down the locations where a blue ring cancel was used.

Not a great stamp of course with the repair job on the left side but I do like the cancel.
