Looks like an good E grill, though a more zoomed in image would help confirm. Generally you can't call it never hinged unless it is full gum. Most people would probably consider that either unused/no gum or at best part original gum. In any case, 86 unused is nice stamp if sound. I would examine the perfs on the left side carefully. They look uneven which might indicate a reperf.
Rsiny I agree with most of what you said but why would you think it is reperfed on left side? The side cut into the image? I would think that would decrease the value over a straight edge.
People do reperfs for all kinds of reasons. I just based it on a quick attempt to line up the perfs. I just did a more careful look and actually the perfs are lined up ok. Probably not a concern.
