I am attaching a photo of a stamp that should be blue all day long. It is listed as a plate proof, but why the perfs? The cat number would be 7TCiii I have to assume. I have not tried to Google this any further but maybe there is a chemical that gently turned this orange if it's not a proof?

There was a trial colour 1864 orange 19TCii { as rogdcam says }

Can not even realize why anyone would re-perf a proof stamp..?
Here is your coloured stamp next to the trial orange colour block.

If you think you may have a legitimate stamp..Contact the Green Foundation.

Looks like someone was having a bit of a laugh making a fantasy item, probably because it was already thinned and damaged. Fun conversation piece though.
