Not sure if this is genuine booklet pane or not...
Strange leverage and the top looks very fine, as if cut?

At first glance, dimensions look right (you should measure height) and the pane is known with margin imprints. Odd it has that chad at top. It is probably ok.

VF 140.00 F 80.00 with a 100% NH factor
