Only have one of these 2498e stamps...The kids left eye is cross eyed.
Is that a normal part of this stamp..??

The stamp you show is actually Scott 2503, a self-adhesive single from the booklet pane.

2498e has the same design, but is a water-activated gum single from a souvenir sheet (and much scarcer to find in used condition).
