Hi, I'm new to stamps, and new here. I hope you can help with some uncertainties I have with a collection I inherited. The first case I'd like to bring forward is this old Belgian stamp. It seems to me a King Leopold II from around 1900, with the bottom part missing. It's quite light coloured though, more yellow than yellow-orange. Any clue which type this is exactly and the corresponding value?

Just a little faded, maybe partially due to the acidity in the album page.

Bloemzee, you might want to check the acidity of the old album you keep showing. A lot of your stamps seem to be toned with brown spots which is a bad sign. I think for a couple of euro's you can get a pen that checks for acidity. There used to be several stamp dealers in Utrecht - maybe you can check .

My guess is that album started with really white pages... It's not unusual to see them as discolored as this one seems to be.
