US Franklin 1912 - Different Perforation

Hi, I got this old United States stamp from 1912, which is normally perf 10 or 12. I measured it at at 11,75 horizontal. Is this any rarity or a normal deviation? I know perfs are normal to deviate a little from catalogues, but for these stamps there is a suggestion there was a period where they worked with a defect perforation wheel switch (sorry for using wrong words here, I am not an expert). I wonder whether this 11,75 may originate from that? I can make a higher resolution picture if this turns our crucial.

As Rod222 wrote, it might be helpful to name the source you use for "normal" perforation gauges.

Often, the gauge is rounded to a half. This differs per catalogue publisher. That is, if the catalogue or internet source has the correct gauge to start with.
11.75 or just over would round to 12. So, it might well be the case you are talking about the same stamp.
