Hi, and welcome to the forum, the Roosevelt stamp is part of the popular definitive set of 1922-1925 that includes values ranging from a half cent to $5. The values up to 12 cents featured famous Americans, mostly presidents, but also including Martha Washington, Benjamin Franklin and Nathan Hale. The higher values, from 15 cents to $5 featured famous landmarks, and the 14 cent featured a Native American in full headdress. Your 5 cent stamp is either Scott 557 value 30 cents, or Scott 586, value 40 cents, the difference being whether it's perforated 11 or 10. Unfortunately, yours is not a very attractive example, with poor centering, several blunt perforations, and a rounded off lower right corner, so virtually worthless as part of a collection, because you could obtain a much nicer example very cheaply.

About 10¢ on a good day, sorry. Other than that it's from the 4th bureau set which was first issued in 1922.
