This looks like some type of booklet variant of #107. Only the left side is imperforate. However there are no booklet stamps from 107b or 107c where the left side is imperf. Any idea what this is?

These stamps were printed from multiple pane plates. This maybe an example of a of a sheet margin example from the 200 subject pane or the 400 subject pane. See page 76 in the 2021 The Unitrade Specialized Catalogue Of Catalogue of Canadian Stamps.

Straight edge from a pane of 100 stamps (Format D).
