Help Identify This Newspaper Stamp

Here is another little gem that I can't seem to find.
The stamp is quite faded so I have posted two images.
First image is the scan of the stamp.



Here is the image with brightness and contrast changed to show more of the stamp.



The stamp is embossed with an octagonal frame.
The left and right sides read ZEITUNG STEMPEL so it is a newspaper stamp. At the top is K ? and at the bottom POST.
It appears to be the Austrian coat of arms embossed in the center of the stamp.

Any ideas?

The K, probably, is part of K.K., i.e., Koeniglich Kaiserliche Post. Austria, its foreign offices or dependent territories seem good candidates.
