Hello - bonjour !

I'm a stamp lover from France (not from Paris lol) and I have a very small stamp collection but I hope it will get bigger ;)

I'm glad to find a community which has the same interests as me :D

I like to draw and paint and I hope someday I'll could design my own stamps

Welcome to the Forum.

Feel free to post questions, photos of stamps you may find difficult to identify, and follow up comments to other member postings. Hint: A clear message title always seems to generate the greatest response from members.

And don't forget the Forum archives. They're filled with valuable information regarding prior topics/member exchanges.

Dodo,

The US used to let folks design their own stamps but they ended that program last year, darn it. Not sure if France or another country still allows such but hopefully others who do know will post more info helping your dream to become a reality.

Collecting for the enjoyment of collecting, whatever that might be, is the name of the game. Don't hesitate to ask questions especially if you need basic information and especially more advanced sources of information for any possible topic. You should be able to find folks on this board a little further along on their collecting journey glad to share experiences. Russ
