Nicaragua 1862+ - Cancel Or Unused?

Hi, I got this old Nicaragua stamp. I'm struggling to conclude it is a used or unused stamp. At first glance I thought it was unused, but when I looked at the scan I see some vague impression. What doesn't help is it seems a bit brownish toned overall. Second opinion?

The black, mostly horizontal streak through the second peak from the right should not be there. This implies used.

In left middle, the dark blotches suggest a cancel was removed.

On the right side, there are lines on the frame around the letters 'O' and 'R' of Porte, which also imply used.

Unfortunately, there appear to be some damaged perfs on the left side, which would greatly diminish any value.
