Could someone tell me which Michel catalog contains listings for plebiscite territories, Danzig and Memel? Thanks

The English language Germany specialized (2016 edition) has Danzig & Memel in volume 1, but not the plebiscites.

They show up in my Michel Deutschland-Spezial Band 1: 1849 bis April 1945. In other words the Germany Special catalogue Volume 1 covering 1849 to April 1945.
