This stamp gauges perf 12 ¾, definitely not 14 x 13 ½ . All my catalogues (Scott, Michel, Facit) agree that it was therefore printed 1895 (with one watermark) or 1903 (with a different watermark). My problem, however, is the date of cancellation, which seems earlier. But an earlier date would be perf 14 x 13 ½ which, as I say, it's not. Any ideas?

Thank you, Perf12. Makes sense. I did think that the 3 looked a bit odd (unlike the 13 to the left).

So, "93" or "98"? With perf 12 ¾ only the latter makes sense.
