Help With Perforations.

Got a couple of perforations that need people to verify for me...Any help appreciated

First - I got a B17a "Puzzle Piece " stamp that has a perforation of 13.3 x 13.4........Hope some one can verify this perforation.


Second – Got a 165a {Die II} that has a very odd perforation....I am getting the perforation of....
T-11.2
B-11.0
R-11.0
L-11.0



Any help is much appreciated.

What you show is not a B17a, the perforated single from a souvenir sheet.

Your example is a self-adhesive die cut single from the quarterly pack - B18i

Here are examples:
