Hello all, I dont inow if it the right section to ask this
Can I recall a shipment sent via" international parcel surface", even though I sent it 3 days ago??

I very much doubt it. But I cannot positively say no. Here is what I suggest you can do.
1) Go to the CanadaPost.ca website
2) Enter the tracking # on your receipt to see if it is still in Canada and its possible last location.
3) Call the service # on their website during buisness hours and talk to them.
You never know.

Overseas tracking requires at least the Tracked Packet option of higher which is quite pricey. Even then I have no idea if that's possible these days with just Canada Post (maybe FedEx or UPS etc).

Surface Parcel can take weeks to months too, depending on a number of factors. I've had everywhere from a few weeks to 4 months.
