These Russian postage stamps appear to be from stationery and I cannot find reference to them. They are similar to Scott# 3257-3267 series.
Thanks in advance for your opinion.

Those with 16 kop. value are cut-outs from stationery airmail envelopes
The 3 kop. value is most likely from a postcard
They exist in different colours

Thank you Vayolene. Might you have any reference number from a catalogue (Michel, Scott, etc.)? You've been most helpful

I assume Scott does not list soviet stationeries
My Michel catalogue does list them, but it's impossible to identify them when you have only a cut-out.
Your 16 kop. might be from LU 118,119,120... (LU for airmail envelope)
Your 3 kop. might be from P 275,276,279,280... ( P for postcard)
