The interruption in the printed drawing leads me to the conclusion that the folding of the paper was prior to printing.
I have a series of stamps of this type (with many color variations) that I have not yet identified.
This stamp I think is Scott # 14 (engraved, watermark type "d" inverted ??) the color rose-red or orange-red??.
Any corrections are welcome.

Scott 14 rose red. 14 exists with various shades to red orange.
There is no premium for inverted wmk's.They come in all directions.

High premiums for wmk errors; 20 for 10 (only eight recorded in the 1861 issue).

Thanks perf12
I have a single 10 centavos stamp that I posed next to 5 c to highlight the difference in color of the paper.
The 10 c stamp I think is Scott # 2a (engraved, blued paper, watermark type "e")color blue.
The stamp has no gum and the lines were drawn on it, I think, in order to cut in half diagonally or vertically (use half a stamp as a value of 5 c-mentioned in Scott)

To me the 10c does not look like blued paper. We can iliminate sc 6
(duller greyish blue) that leaves sc. 5 or 10.I am more inclined for sc 10 as the vast majority of the shades found in that printing resemble your stamp(darker blue),although brighter blues are found in the printing also.
If it was a brighter blue on white paper sc 5 or 10 would of been a possibility.
As far as the lines go these are just fiscal cancels.

Thanks perf12.
If it is necessary to consider the color to identify it is already very difficult because I have Michel Color Guide but I do not know the equivalence of color names from German to English.
What I know for sure is the small watermark 10. (Scott 2,5,6 and 10)
I found on "chilecollector" the collection of Mrs. Susan DeBusk which was very helpful but I still have 2 options for identifying: Scott 2a and 10c.
I underlined in red on the print-screen made after the Susan DeBusk collection the information that I think confirms my 2 identifications.
My hypothesis is that the 2 lines (diagonal and vertical) are too symmetrically made to represent a fiscal obliteration (2 carelessly crossed lines and usually with the date) and the lines are made for a later cut in order to use the half stamp as value. of 5 cents.
I took some pictures with the stamp next to the colors in the catalog Michel that seemed the most similar to me.
Any comments / corrections are welcome.

From a catalog; color identification is useless. One has to refer to specilists who have classified the printings with their respective colors.
As a starter I refer you to this site for some good pics of the different printings...

Perf12 - I took the collection of Mrs. Susan DeBusk from "chilecollector" site.
In the "sellos" section of "chilecollector" there is no reference to the name of the color so it is of no help to me, unlike the collection of Mrs. Susan DeBusk which has examples with the names of different shades and with reference to the Scott catalog.
I cannot identify a color of a stamp unless I have in front of my eyes a catalog of colors or another stamp with the same color already identified.
I hope that there is a collector who has the different shades of 5 centavos stamps (with the name of the colors) and to post them.

I found on the "chilecollector" 2 stamps with a mark with the name of the ship.

I also have a stamp (Scott#14) with a similar marking.

What do you think it is?

The color types from an old SOCOPO catalog. The numerals at the right indicate the wmk types(1,2,3,4) existent for that color.
You are the judge...

Have no idea about that linear marking.Does not seem to be a town
cancel.Could be the name of a foreign paquebot.Looks German?
