In The Harry F. Allen Collection of Black Jacks, Maryette B. Lane & Elliott Perry, eds., page 95, a very similar cancel is shown with a murky photo and idealized drawing alongside. Yours is clearly smaller than that one. In any case and not uncommonly, there is no identification of city or town for that one (either).

Sorry, but the Stampsmarter site only covers fancy cancels from the Banknote period and later. Fancies were normally used for a short time only since they wore out quickly.
Skinner & Eno show a possible match in the Geometrics - Circular section but with a date of 1861, so not entirely out of reach. Their number is GE-C 108, shown used in New York. I'll try and scan the page later.
