1976 695,695i,696 8c canadian authors - glowing moon tag variety position 41 LL Plate Block 4  1976 695,696,696var 8c canadian authors - similar to the "glowing moon" tag variety (695i) but shifted one stamp up to position 31 LL Plate Block 4, could call this "glittering elbow" variety or "Moon on elbow"  |

The to tagging post was soooooooo close to being rare {is} Robert My Scott 590xx sheet was approx. 1/2 mm away from being worth 60.00 a stamp times my sheet of 100 stamps...You do the math.  Here is a nice example of a Scott 1164 tagging  |
