Do All Documentary Stamps From 40-58 Have O/P?

I will repeat that. I'm wondering if all Documentary stamps from R264 to R723 have an overprint with 'Series 19XX'. I'm asking because I'm wondering if it's unusual for the overprint to be missed. I'm looking through my 2016 Specialized and don't see this mentioned. This picture shows regular ones. Thanks.
