Hi all - I was putting a collection of used stamps under ultraviolet light and came across a stamp that had top and bottom bars within the inked portion of the stamp. I've never seen this before and would like some insight from the group what this is.

is there any way that you can use that ultra violet on the back of the stamp and post it here..??
