I think it is a Canada 107bs, Top row Booklet single where the bottom perfs have been cut off.

hi Carl..Welcome to the forum.

I believe your stamp is a regular 107.
The reason I am saying this is look at the bottom of your stamp.
Remnants of perfs left after cut with scissors.See attachment below.
