Doesn't look like Plate 5 to me. Top-row stamps from Plate 5 are all Type Va and this one doesn't look complete enough along the right side of the design to be a Type Va. Given this, the position of the guide dots at UR limit the choices to Plate 7 or Plate 8. I am unable to plate the stamp from the photo, but I might start with Plate 8.
