In March, 1939 a German protectorate was established over Bohemia and Moravia.
This is one of the issues of the German Protectorate,
Scott #66, 60 haleru, purple, issued in 1942.

This stamp was issued by Germany between 1942-1944. It is Scott #524, 1 mark, dark slate green.
Originally perforated 12 1/2, in 1944 a variety (Scott #524a) was issued perforated 14.

Thanks, is there a good book for identifying world stamps such as these? I have quite a few world stamps from this era but no book.

I bought a complete set of Scott Catalogs several years back. They were already 10 years old at the time (1976 editions), but I got them for a couple dollars each. The current 2008 set is expensive, but you don't need the catalogs to be current to identify WWII-era stamps. Look for a deal on some older editions of the Scott Catalogs. Once you have the stamps identified, you can check the value on ebay by searching on the country and Scott catalog number.
