It should be listed in the essay section of the Scott Specialized.

It is an "essay", designed but never issued. In the Scott U.S. Specialized catalog section on essays, under the number 73-E3, which lists about 40 combinations of color and paper combinations.

73-E3, it has many paper subtypes and colors. Can be found in the essay section of Scott's US Specialized.

This is s short, quality, journal type article which does not start on page one. See page 61 here: https://www.journals.uchicago.edu/d....1086/693992 for an image. Otherwise this is a good article on US stamps considered with Native American subjects in general.
